Ole’ Soldier Catches

Making bass fishing history with Mr.Doyle and his daughter Mrs. Denis was an honor.  Not only were they just great people, Mr. Doyle is an ole’ Soldier once stationed in Germany in the Army as a Transportation Specialist, E-4.   Since retiring from Acme Corp* of 43 years, he continues to fish his Kentucky waters with the gift of the outdoors enthusiast.  Infinitely, his love of bass fishing brought him once again to Florida for some Guided Big Mouth Florida Bass for three days.  Both had good days on both Big Toho and Butler Chain and made possible for me by Bill Weaver of Ace Bass Guide Services of Orlando!

Mr. Dole best cliche of the day– “it’s time to go fishing when the pecan trees leaves gets as big as squirrel ears.”

Biggest catch –6 pounds.

*Acme Greek meaning: “peak”/”zenith”/”prime”
